Renaissance Apollo hazy IPA
This is the newest and hippest hazy, juicy, NEIPA out there.
We use the American hop El Dorado [ Flavours of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango. Aromas of pear, watermelon, stone fruit and candy.] and an experimental Kiwi hop which has no name yet but is full of punchy tropical fruit flavours. There's a high proportion of wheat and oats in the mash, including Gladfield's ever popular Big O, to keep it light and hazy with a bit of zing. The brewery actually had to be modified to keep the hop bitterness low and the hop flavour high, so as to increase your drinking pleasure.
